What does the package include?

• A consultation to better understand your vision.

• An 8" × 10" reproduction of the original handmade sketch, printed as a museum-quality Giclée print.

• Standard shipping in Canada.

• Your sketch will be protected with a backboard and acid-free sleeve.

• Revisions are not included.​

How much does it cost?

• The price starts at $270 for private homes up to 2 storeys. If you'd like a consultation for a different type of home or special place, please reach out as price may vary depending on complexity.

• Additional 8x10 prints are $45 each.

Who is this special for?

• The Holiday Special applies to private residential homes for personal use only (it can be the house you live in or are moving to, your parent's house, a cottage, etc.). ​

• For realtor closing gifts, commercial custom sketches, or larger sizes (i.e. 16x20), please visit the Custom Sketches page.

How can I place my order?

• Please fill out the questionnaire below and upload 1 or more photos (the more the better!) of the property.

• Under Additional Notes, please write "Holiday Special".​

• I'll be in touch, confirm the price, and guide you on whether more pictures are needed. We'll then book a consultation to discuss your vision and afterwards I'll start creating your custom sketch so you have it ready for Christmas.

Can I pay with a credit card?

• Absolutely. You will receive an invoice from The Sketch Nest to pay with your credit card.

• A 50% deposit is required to begin the project, with the remaining 50% is due before shipping.
